At Eye on Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
